• Standard Hobby Products(Paints, Brushes, Hobby Tools): We can provide a full refund minus shipping costs, with video proof of damage.

• Un-Painted Resin Statues: We can provide a full refund minus the cost of shipping for any statues that arrive damaged with video proof. To send a replacement, video recording of the statue being destroyed may be required.

• Sealed Product (Tabletop Miniatures, TCG Products, etc): All sales are final. the Forged by Filament team reserves the right to review cases, and make a final decision with their best judgment.
